'Lose My Mind', the gently unwinding debut track from Samuel Aaron Bennett aka Wales has accumulated a monster 500,000 (or near enough) hits on SoundCloud and Spotify alone since its premiere four months ago. The sometime composer and director is hoping the equally softly-softly approach to his second cut, 'Falling', will reap similar rewards. Co-produced by one of the most exciting studio talents in the US currently, Tei Shi's main man, Gianluca Buccellati, 'Falling' captures the feeling of being submerged in warm water, with gossamery piano riffs and soothing palette of synths nudging you towards its tender, cathartic climax. It may not have the dreamy-pop bounce of his first offering, but 'Falling' has us totally lost in Wales' richly woven world. - DC
